THE SWEDE / THE GIRL IN THE SPIDER’S WEB / NEW SCANDINAVIAN AUTHORS!!!!

TWO “NEW” SCANDINAVIAN  AUTHORS!

THE SWEDE,  by Robert Karjel   The first book in English by Swedish author Kajel. Published in 2015 it is hot off the press!

I almost didn’t read it! But so glad I did! Up to page 55 I struggled to follow the storyline and put the bo0k down for a while. Usually you can tell by page 100 if you want to read the whole book or not. The pace picks up and continues for over 300 pages with mystery, murder, theft, betrayals, twists!

The author is a member of the Swedish Air Force and uses his knowledge of the military and world travels to tie many different cultures into an intriguing  tale of suspense!

See picture of book below………..Windows 10 (adding media items is a challenge!)

The Girl in the Spider‘s Web: A Lisbeth Salander novel, continuing Stieg Larsson’s Millennium Series by David Lagercrantz

Stieg Larsson died before the Millennium series was published!!!!!!!!! 3 fantastic books followed by movies created a huge audience for Lisbeth Salander fans!

Stieg’s father and brother inherited the rights to the Millennium Series and have decided to let a “Ghost Writer” so to speak bring Lisbeth back to life and continue her adventures. This process isn’t something new………..many great writers have died and then another author comes along and continues the story lines.

I’m taking a chance and ordered the book! If it is half as good as Stieg’s writing it’ll be good!  Book comes out soon so stay tuned. I’ll keep you posted!2015-09-05 201595 001

Many more great authors have new books coming out soon such as John Grisham and Louise Penny!
