WOW! I RARELY SAY THIS ABOUT A BOOK WITH SUCH EMPHASIS! BUT WOW!
632 Pages of pure enjoyment!
After you read it: 1. You’ll be sorry the book has ended but glad to get to the ending.
2. You’ll want to take a trip to Spain to see all of the wonderful
places described in this action packed journey.
3. You’ll hope the movie comes out early next year.
4. You’ll rethink your ideas about “‘where we came from and where we are going!?”
5. You’ll rethink your beliefs about AI (artificial intelligence)
6. You’ll either be very optimistic OR really sad OR scared OR confused! OR all of the above.
BUT, you’ll be glad you read it and have a lot of interesting conversation material all saved up for your next party or social excursion!!!!!!
“Human intellect has always evolved by rejecting outdated information in favor of new truths. This is how the species has evolved.” Quote from the book, Origin by Dan Brown.
After thought!:
When the movie is made I hope Tom Hanks and other well know actors will step aside and give some newcomers a chance to find their places in the movie business. Once you have proven yourself at the top of your “game” why have to keep on having to do the same thing over and over and over?! (hello out there congress men and women). You’ve made your mark! Move over!
Hey! I love Dan Brown books! I have only read Meteor and Illumnati and they both were great books!
This sounds like another one I should pick up!
Thanks for sharing! keep it up!
Thanks for commenting! Actually this is the first book by Dan Brown I’ve read. I saw the movie, The Da Vinci Code and it was very good. As I mentioned the description parts about Spain have really peaked my interest! I’m thinking of buying travel DVD of Spain!! 🙂 I read the book in less than a week! Just couldn’t put it down! The last 1/3 of the book is excellent! It opens minds up to many “deep thinking areas”…………..we all need to expand our “thoughts”! Enjoy and let me know how you like the movie. P.S. I have written other book reviews in my blog. I especially like the Scandinavian authors. Ck it out! Again thanks for your feedback! ralawson@knology.net
