As we go merrily along in life feeling content, happy, proud approaching “Bliss” ,we come upon a rock that knocks the wind out of our sails and makes us angry, disturbed, MAD! How dare something mare our contentment.

Wait a minute! Remember: If you ever think you’ve “Found It”, you haven’t! Learning is a continuous process! We NEED the rocks in our paths to make us stop, look and listen to our inner selves, evaluate our true feelings and beliefs.

I find it very hard to bless the rocks, sometimes wanting blast them into dust, walk away and resume my contentment and “happy”………..and sometimes I do! Other times I really look at the rock and try to understand why it is there and what I’m supposed to learn from it and those are the times I learn a deeper understanding of myself and step one step closer to being the true person I already am!
